These pre-packaged kits contain our premium select dressings designed to address most wound types. The easy to dispense wound care kits include a 15 or 30 day supply of primary dressings, secondary dressings, gauze sponges and a saline wound wash.
Simpurity Alginate Dressings are composed of soft, alginate fibers shaped as pads. They are highly absorbent and conform to the shape of a wound. When packed in a wound, the alginate interacts with wound exudate to form a soft gel that maintains a moist healing environment. The dressings release of calcium ions can activate prothrombin and improve hemostasis.
RECOMMENDED FOR: Diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, post-surgical wounds and donor sites.
