PREVENA™ Therapy protects the incision from external contamination, helps hold incision edges together, removes fluid infection materials, and delivers continuous negative pressure at -125mmHg for up to seven days. The skin-friendly interface layer contains 0.019% ionic silver which is not intended to treat infection, but to help reduce bacterial colonization within the interface fabric. Our portfolio of portable and flexible dressings and therapy units provide combined benefits of ease-of-use and flexibility to manage and protect surgical incisions following primary closure.
