Our daughter at 3 months had an ulcerated humangioma that had begun to bleed. After trial and error, we were able to use our topical dressings given by the doctor and then the non adhering curity dressing before the gauze. This made it possible to take the gauze off without pulling on the open humangioma allowing it to heal. Once the gauze was off, this dressing would come off without pulling the humangioma open again. Other non adhering dressings would pull on it and open it up again even though they were non adhering. I would recommend anyone to this. It worked great for us. We have not put it on without adding other needed dressings first so unsure if that would change it at all.
