Description

Gentell Calcium Alginate with Silver (Ag) Dressings are a sterile, antimicrobial, comfortable, fiber-structured alginate with high absorbency. These advanced alginate dressings fight bacteria and a broad spectrum of microorganisms while absorbing and containing exudate in a moist healing environment. A steady release of silver and a reaction between the calcium in the dressing and the sodium in the wound exudate creates a gel that fights infection and is easy to remove from the wound. May be used on wounds, such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and surgical wounds or minor conditions such as lacerations, abrasions, skin tears, and minor burns.
