The Esteem synergy ostomy system utilizes an Adhesive Coupling Technology that connects the pouch to the skin barrier and eliminates the need for plastic rings that must be snapped or locked together. Esteem synergy is ConvaTec’s two-piece product that provides the skin friendliness and versatility of a two-piece system, as well as the low profile,comfort, and flexibility of a conventional onepiece system.
The Esteem synergy ostomy system has a flat, flexible adhesive foam ring on a pouch that securely connects with a clear, flat, flexible plastic “Landing Zone” flange on a skin barrier. It is easy to apply and easy to remove.
The ergonomically shaped Esteem synergy drainable pouches are designed to complement body contours and add to ease of emptying. Esteem synergy drainable pouches have an advanced air filter which is designed to let gasses through while repelling liquids.
